At our gym, we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone. That's why we offer Teen Lift hour. This is our Small group for Teens 12-16 years of age. In here we lift with great form, we move with integrity and we build the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

Get your teen moving this summer! Summer Teen Lifting Program builds strength, confidence, and discipline in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Whether they are a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, our coaches will help them reach their goals.
Program Details:
We provide expert coaching to ensure safe progression, making it a perfect way to stay active and mentally strong all summer long.
Many of our youth athletes have progressed into more strict lifting programming that we offer all year round. Our summer session will help give teens the knowledge and mechanics to continue strength training.
Led by Coach Rachel G. Summer Teen Lift program is 6 weeks of progressive strength functional training. Incorporating the BIG 3: Squat, Bench, Deadlift. Coach breaks down form, foundational mechanics, progressive drills and 3 rep max challenges. All appropriate for our young athletes.
