We have developed 4 Weightlifting & Resistance Strength Programs that tailor to the participant at the stage of fitness they are in with progressions to make strength training enjoyable, challenging at all levels and give results. Bootcamp style training with inclusive structuring that all Levels can enjoy.
RIPPED is a multi station format that allows each participant to level their fitness intensity while working in a fun, supportive environment with a coach tailoring each station for th individual.
What to expect ;
This Class is included with all Membership & drop in options .

Is a True Muscle building and conditioning program designed for both beginner fitness level and more intermediate levels with inclusive strength intervals to meet all your needs in just 50 min. Led with inclusive coaching instruction and multiple modifications per movement, this class will showcase how we elevate strength training and get results. We will focus on proper form to build up foundations while increasing intensity with tempos to up your resilience. In this class you will use primarily Dumbbells and Bodyweight but may also use: Kettle bells, resistance bands, boxes, benches, sand bags a varied equipment to aid in building up muscle strength and endurance. . We program this to have progressions as you go but no matter the time you join you will always Leave feeling accomplished, sweaty, and strong!!
This Group is included with a 30 day fast track membership As well as with all other memberships and drop in options.

This is our more advanced class while providing inclusive options for more progressive overload training. Primarily Barbell centric and centered around the 3 main LIFT‘s in Powerlifting: Squat, Bench and Deadlift i. We test 1 RM 2xs a year while building off of RPE’s and %’s with 6 weeks worth of programing at a time. If you’re looking for long time strength gains and continued support from a certified team of coaches this training session might be for you.
Included in your Membership packages except for 30 day Fast track or first class free.Please be advised 1RM test out weeks are the only time we do not accept new members to LIFT. This is for the safety of participants and allows our coaches to keep our standards for injury free lifts.

Ready to move into more Barbell centric training?
We have a 4 week program developed to help you build up stamina, learn the proper from , stance and grips for all barbell lifts including ways to modify for your own needs. This 4 week course meets 2x a week for 50-60 min sessions where we help you not only build strength but confidence with barbell training. This Group runs on a 3 month revolving schedule and is suitable for those graduating Strength 101 and wanting to join our LIFT sessions.
