Semi Private Small Groups

WHY JOIN OUR SEMI-PRIVATE SMALL GROUP TRAINING? 

Semi-Private Training like our Personal Training program provides—tailored workouts, macro guidance, and weekly accountability—but in a motivating small-group setting. Sessions run 2X a week, additional Fitness class pass access, giving you consistent progress and the energy of a supportive team. These Groups max out at 6 people per group, you’ll never feel lost in the crowd, and your coach can still focus on your unique goals.

YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Personalized programming in a small group of up to 6 people.
  • Strength Training tailored to the groups collective goals, injuries, & fitness level’s.
  • Nutrition plans and macro coaching suitable per group and individual needs and goals. 
  • In App features like; weight. lifted, progress updates, Nutritional Resources and guides, accountability groups, updated easy to follow programs &  weekly Coach check in’s. 
  • A fun, supportive training environment that builds consistency.

This is Barbell 101 a program developed for newer to moderate lifters with experience in basic dumbbell and fitness moves looking to challenge themselves into the next level of their fitness journey.
