Our Niche style of personal progressive programmed strength training sets us apart from all our competitors and other group fitness studios. Our LIFT trainers cater the workout to each individual and their abilities giving on the spot form correction that helps you not only improve form but get results that drive quality and consistency . Our Coaches provide demonstrations, form assessment and correction , daily motivation, in app weight max tracking with viewable workouts of the day, smaller class size maxed out at 10 participants to ensure that gives you have all the tools to you need to transform and love your fitness journey. Prior to joint our signature Lift class we ask all NEW MEMBERS / FREE CLASS to complete 5-8 of our RIPPED or HIIT classes to ensure your safety and ensure participants are fully comfortable with all aspects of weight training prior to joining our Barbell Centric LIFT classes. Additional we offer BARBELL 101 Workshops to support and provide education so each participant has the tools to progress.

Our Group fitness classes focus on quality instruction over quantity participants. We max out class attendance from 10-20 per class time. Every member. Is important to our coaching staff , our programs reflect attention to form, function and creating a community with higher standard for fitness. In RIPPED Strength Class, use body weight, TRX straps, Ripcord Trainer bars, bands, and weights for muscle growth. Suitable for all levels with adjustable resistance. Focus on core endurance through timed stations, with 2-min rest zones for recharge. Coach demonstrates TRX adjustments for varying intensity. Owner and co-Founder, Liz has immersed herself in the fitness industry since 2008, driven by a passion for helping others, her love for physical activity, and a disdain for desk jobs. As one of the dynamic owners of GoodFit + FitFight, Liz plays a pivotal role behind the scenes. She not only leads classes but also provides personalized coaching in nutrition and fitness.
Pat’s passion for athletics began early, he showed skill in may sports but forcused his career in swimming. Competing at State And Nationals levels where he landed a spot on the TCU swim team. Since then he has worked with many clients interested in fat loss, athletics, competing in collegiate sports, competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting.
Heather has a passion for helping others live a pain-free and active lifestyle through functional fitness training. She herself loves being active outdoors through activities such as snowboarding, hiking, biking, swimming, rock climbing and so much more. She is committed to guiding you on your journey to reach your health and fitness goal

Eddie has been a dedicated professional in the fitness industry since 2013, motivated by his passion for fitness and personal growth. His greatest joy is witnessing the happiness of individuals as they grow stronger and achieve milestones they once thought impossible. Beyond the fitness studio, Eddie serves as an Area Manager for GPRS, where he oversees the location of underground utilities and the scanning of concrete to ensure contractor safety. Eddie's dream vacation would be to embark on a month-long trip to Europe with his wife, exploring Spain, France, Italy, and Germany.

I started coaching last December. I choose to get into the fitness industry because of the community! I started going to Goodfit after not having any gym membership or trying any group fitness classes ever. The community and the amazing people are what kept me coming back and eventually drove me to want to be part of creating and growing
I started coaching last December. I choose to get into the fitness industry because of the community! I started going to Goodfit after not having any gym membership or trying any group fitness classes ever. The community and the amazing people are what kept me coming back and eventually drove me to want to be part of creating and growing that community. I am currently a part time trainer and full time stay at home mom to three kids. If I could go anywhere in the world, I would definitely visit Italy.
I began working out in 2013 and transitioned to coaching in November 2023. I take great pleasure in helping kids feel empowered and strong, and it provides a wonderful opportunity to bond with my niece and nephew. In addition to coaching, I hold a full-time job outside the studio. If I could travel anywhere in the world, my top destinations would be Bali or Belize.
This is my first year as a fitness coach. We are glowing and growing! I am passionate about coaching because I love watching kids grow and thrive. Encouraging people to move their bodies with love and joy is what drives me. I aim to challenge both the community and myself to tackle hard things while still having fun.

Outside the studio, I work as a youth care coordinator for mental health services, supporting young people in their journeys. If I could choose a dream vacation, I'd love to visit Egypt or the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Kim has been in the fitness industry for six months. Her decision to become a fitness coach stemmed from a personal journey to reclaim her health, which evolved into a fulfilling hobby. Outside the studio, Kim works as a District Manager with Taco Bell. If she could travel anywhere in the world, she would choose to visit Egypt or Bali.
