Small group training options are the perfect blend of community, tailored STREGNTH programing and Personal training in a group setting.
Our groups run a 4 - 6 week commitment with in app fitness tracking to see your results in real time. You’ll gain strength and support while demolishing your personal goals with added Nutrtional meal plans & recipes to aid in the overall groups success.

With our Progressive Strength Programs we give you the tools to succeed with less financial burden of personal Training. These Sessions offer more than just a random workout.
We have 3 tiers of Strength Programing, True Begginner / Strength 101, Level 2 / Barbell 101 and Level 3 / LIFT geared towards maxing out strength and volume capacity. All 3 of our strength based formats come with in app programing that you can follow along, track your workouts / reps and sets and see your strength build in real time.

Unleash your inner fighter and join us for a kickboxing class. Perfect for beginners and experienced fighters alike, this class will teach you proper techniques to enhance your form and increase your fitness levels. Our expert coaches have experience both in the ring, on the mat and have a real passion for giving you not only a killer workout but also the agility to hold your own

Our brand of smaller sized Fitness classes are dedicated to serve a larger quantity of participants while still maintaining our standard for quality class time. We cap our classes between 10- 20 to allow your coaches the ability to deliver top tier instruction, additional form correction cueing, promote progressions and allow you to have the best workout possible during your time with us. This approach not only prioritizes safety but also allows our coaches to connect with members and learn about individual needs giving you a personalized touch and support needed to enhance your commitment to your routine.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
We close every day between 2-4pm for Private sessions and Lunch Break.
