Throughout the challenge, you'll have access to our Trainerize app. We use this tool with all our personal training clients and challengers to facilitate a smooth transition into a healthier lifestyle. We do not endorse quick fixes or fad diets.

I gained half a lb of bone dentity, lost 3% body fat and gained a pound of solid muscle. Not to mention energy through the roof! Highly recommend.

Not only are the coaches here to support you every step of the way, you also have a community of liked minded women cheering you on, staying connected with you, and also holding you accountable.
We have been in the fitness industry for 20 years. It's safe to say that this is not our first rodeo. We have structured your challenge from start to finish. When you meet with your coach on day one, they will give you a 4 week workout guide, nutrition guide with recipes, and worksheets that you can follow each week to keep you on track. And don't forget about the weekly group coaching session offered through the Trainerize app. All you have to do is show up.
We believe that getting started is half the battle. Your accountability coach will be there every step of the way to keep you motivated and on track with your weekly workouts. Our classes are made to suit all fitness levels and coaches are trained to offer modifications whenever needed. If an unforeseen emergency, injury, or illness occurs that makes it impossible for you to complete the challenge, you can join our spring challenge or we will give you half of your money back.
