Pat’s passion for athletics began early, he showed skill in may sports but forcused his career in swimming. Competing at State And Nationals levels where he landed a spot on the TCU swim team. Since then he has worked with many clients interested in fat loss, athletics, competing in collegiate sports, competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting.

Duration: Typically, our small group training sessions run for 6-8 weeks.
Schedule: The coach will determine the specific days and times.
Group Size: We require a maximum of 6 participants to form a group.
Age Group 12-16
This group will offer a variety of strength and power progressions appropriate for our youth Lifters. Designed to build up strength, coordination, speed, and power while learning proper lifting techniques under the supervision of a coach. Looking to really train like a professional Kickboxing athlete?
This group is powered by knowledge and fueled by expert technique and skill development. Our pro coaches will teach you how to work one on one in a safe and structured environment and use tools like Thai pad‘s to help you develop coordination and speed while increasing your endurance. You’ll gain confidence in your kicks, stance, and guarding techniques while increasing your overall stamina. Squat - Bench - Deadlift
Powerlifting is a sport where each athlete has 3 attempts to find their maxiumum weight for each relative lift. The athletes successor lift are totaled and the highest weight relative to Bodyweight is named the winner. GoodFit + FitFight is home to USAPL Certified Coach Pat who has been involved with powerlifting both as a mentor and competitor. With his passion, support, technique and strategy that has been developed over 8 years and counting, he can help you achieve your goals and feet’s of true strength.
