- Personalized Training: Join us for 8 sessions (50 minutes each) with a small group and a dedicated coach, just twice a week. You’ll have all the support you need!
- Unlimited Class Access: Receive 8 studio credits to attend any of our classes to enhance your training experience.
- Complimentary Body Scan: Track your progress with a state-of-the-art body scan from our partners at Dominate Nutrition, providing you with crucial before-and-after insights.
- One-on-One Coaching: Have a 30-minute virtual coaching call with your coach via Google Meets for personalized advice.
- Coaching App Access: Gain access to our exclusive coaching app where you can track your workouts, message your coach, connect with your group in real time, get delicious recipes and meal plan suggestions, and log your food, water, and activity if you choose!
Our trainers are passionate about helping our members succeed. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. They take the time to get to know each member and create personalized plans that work.

Not only are the coaches here to support you every step of the way, you also have a community of liked minded women cheering you on, staying connected with you, and also holding you accountable.
We have been in the fitness industry for 20 years. It's safe to say that this is not our first rodeo. We have structured your challenge from start to finish. When you meet with your coach on day one, they will give you a 4 week workout guide, nutrition guide with recipes, and worksheets that you can follow each week to keep you on track. All you have to do is show up.
We believe that getting started is half the battle. Your accountability coach will be there every step of the way to keep you motivated and on track with your weekly workouts. Our classes are made to suit all fitness levels and coaches are trained to offer modifications whenever needed. If an unforeseen emergency, injury, or illness occurs that makes it impossible for you to complete the challenge, you can join our next group or get your money back.
